At Preseli Construction we have a very professional and experienced workforce covering all trades, with full specialist and technical backup.

We pride ourselves in using locally sourced tradesmen and if necessary can provide a complete design and build service. We have a small but experienced senior management team which allows us to remain very competitive as to our pricing structures.

We have recently invested heavily in a full plant machine division comprising of a J.C.B, 1 ½ Ton 360, 2 ½ Ton 360, Case Tele-handler, 2 x 6 Ton Dumpers and a Flat Bed Tipper allowing us to have full mechanical backup within house.

We have acquired vast experience in not only multiple accommodation properties but also multiple property estates, taking projects from conception right through to handover and occupation. We have developed, within house, smaller specialist teams dedicated to smaller projects i.e. Extensions, Loft Conversions & individual private projects.

We are an approved contractor registered within the “integrate” supply chain (The largest social housing consortium in the u.k) and work very closely with them providing cyclical repairs / maintenance (i.e. renewal of kitchens, bathrooms & roofing etc).

We are registered with the local authority, successfully tendering for both small works & disabled facilities grant work. We also provide disabled adaptions & extensions for the local housing association.

We have completed various major projects in the last 18 months, with 2 major projects ongoing at present and 4 smaller detached properties all within the locality, any of which we would be happy for you to visit or inspect, so you would have first hand knowledge of the high standard and quality of finish we pride ourselves on.
