We are currently working on a few small projects, one of which is in Prospect Place, Pembroke Dock.

Greendale Place, Haverfordwest

We successfully tendered to construct 17 houses for London property developers Annington Properties Ltd. The contract was very highly programmed within 50 weeks and incorporated major sewage redirection and road widening elements. This was our first build completed under the N.H.B.C. construction scheme.

Blackbridge, Milford Haven

Luxury waterfront development of 8 three bedroom, two bathroom houses with extensive terraces over the water at Blackbridge, Milford Haven.

The Woodridge Inn Hotel

This project consisted of the conversion of existing squash courts into a hotel with 17 en-suite bedrooms (1 of which was for disabled occupation). This conversion took approximately 7 months to complete and the Woodridge Inn hotel opened for business in June 2008.
