London Road Development

This project consisted of 26 luxury apartments. Comprising of 24 two bedroom apartments and 2 three bedroom, two bathroom penthouses. This was completed in December 2007, with all properties sold before completion of works. Two of these flats are available to rent.

Freshwater East

This project consisted of 11, four bedroom, three bathroom luxury dwellings. The development was completed in June 2005, with all properties sold before the completion of works.

Lamphey Village Hall

This project was undertaken in early 2006. It consisted of the demolition of the existing hall, which was not only in a serious state of disrepair but was also internally ad externally cladded in asbestos boarding. This meant the controlled demolition and disposal of all hazardous materials (we are licensed asbestos transporters) and the construction of a new timber framed community hall. It our first venture into timber framed packages and was a great success with the new village hall officially opening in July 2007.

Prospect Place, Pembroke Dock

This was a very challenging location as the site was predominately accessed at the bottom of a residential terraced street in the heart of Pembroke Dock. There was a vast excavation program incorporating the retaining of existing highways but the 6 two bedroom properties were successfully completed in December 2007.
